The Dramatic Fantasies theme opens with Ethel Smyth’s “The Wreckers Overture” and features Czech composer Bohuslav Martinů‘s imaginative “Rhapsody Concert” featuring violist Ivo Bokulic. “Pines of Rome” by Ottornio Respighi completes the evening of musical imagery and orchestral depth.
