Saxophonist Dayna Stephens is determined to go ahead with his mid-February West Coast tour. Even his drummer, 81-year-old NEA Jazz Master Billy Hart, is undaunted! All attendees will be required to show proof of up-to-date vaccination status (including a booster) and wear a well-fitting mask.
