The Redwood Jazz Alliance is back and supporting post-pandemic home, The Arcata Playhouse, in its decision to resume programming under “Broadway rules”: half-capacity houses, new HEPA filters, and requirements for secure face coverings and proof of vaccination.  RJA features Jamie Baum’s Septet+, an amazing group that made a memorable appearance here in the fall of 2018, on their way to that year’s Monterey Jazz Festival.
